Euan Livingstone aims to make https://euanliv.click and the client portal usable for as many people as possible. This statement explains that commitment and how to get help if something is hard to use.
1. What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical. That includes clear typography, keyboard access to primary actions, visible focus states, meaningful link text, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic headings and landmarks on core pages
- Colour themes with configurable accents (not colour alone)
- Forms with labels and error messages in the portal
- Skip-friendly navigation and sticky header that remains usable
- Ongoing fixes when issues are reported
3. Known limitations
Some areas may be less accessible than others, for example:
- Third-party embeds (such as Google Calendar on the booking page)
- Complex admin tables and billing tools inside the client portal
- Older case-study media that may lack full text alternatives
- Animated or decorative motion (reduced where practical)
We improve these over time as content and tools are updated.
4. Client portal
The portal is invite-only and used for account, billing and project tasks. If a control, form or page is difficult to complete with your assistive technology, email hello@euanliv.click and we will help you finish the task another way where we can.
5. Feedback and contact
Tell us about accessibility barriers: hello@euanliv.click or the contact page. Please include the page URL and what you were trying to do. We aim to reply within a few working days.
